My name is Stephanie Q. King. I am a skilled career coach and consultant focused on professional and personal growth. I help individuals in transition by coaching them to unearth their unique goals, strengths, and interests to achieve greater purpose and fulfillment in their lives. For teams, I focus on improved leadership skills, better decision-making, and more effective communication.
About Steph
For many of us, life can be a draining balancing act. We may ask ourselves, “Where do I go next?”. The answer has often been the status quo – making decisions while trying to balance personal and professional obligations. Energy, purpose, and fulfillment seem out of reach.
I motivate clients to break through their status quo to reveal what could be, what might be, and what can be. I bring empathy, positivity, and encouragement to guide them toward what they want more of in their lives. I share my authentic struggles and experiences to foster a calm and welcoming environment where clients have real breakthroughs.

Marketing Consultant
Emily Steinke
Emily tends to wear many hats anywhere she goes and chalks it (and her can-do attitude) up to being raised on a farm (with a big family) in the middle of nowhere, Iowa. Her role with the SQK team consists of marketing management.
During the pandemic, Emily started Indigo Creative to support small businesses and aid in their growth digitally (while occasionally helping a client or two redeem forgotten passwords).
When Emily isn't cozy-chair and coffee-shop-hopping (with her laptop and destination-decorated backpack in tow), she can be found on a patio with her black lab, Blue, and a ranch water in hand.

Johnetta Ware Ivey
Johnetta brings to the SQK team her extensive background in technology, business development, customer service, quality assurance, and performance management.
After 26 years in the travel industry, she started her own business. Her passion is helping Small Business owners manage tasks to maintain and grow their businesses, the way they would if they had the time.
She is a mother, grandmother, Snoopy lover, and avid reader. Johnetta hopes to publish a book someday.
